Steel Mace Vinyasa adds load to traditional yoga asana to create a complete training system. Each session begins with joint mobilization to prime the mind and body, conditioning rounds exploring the 6 degrees of freedom, a weighted and unweighted vinyasa flow, and a decompensation sequence to close practice.

By building from simple to complex movements, the nervous system is mapped to perform more complex tasks with ease. As complexity builds, action and awareness merge, and flow is achieved. Flow state training helps us to build confidence, focus, and a sense of autonomy. While in flow, we experience intrinsic gratification and motivation.
